The concept
They wanted us to look at how we could improve the space experience in the concert area, and as an outcome to get guests to spend more time with friends and family. We identified pain points by quantitative data from their own customer satisfaction report and our qualitative interviews.
We created a solution that focused on eliminating queues at bars and foods stalls through an app. A food & drinks order app wouldn’t just be enough to solve the problem for the guests and client. To distribute the workload across stalls and improve the space experience, we will nudge the guests to choose a stall further away, so the crowd would spread across the concert area.
